Session with Pep Nogué

Last April 17th I had the chance of having a session for gastrobloggers with Pep Nogué. It was a very good experience, with the will of repeating.


During this session, chef told us about different cooking techniques and some recipes with season products. The recipes prepared at the session were:

Prawn stock with legumes and cured ham


Bombó de fuet
 

Smoked salmon with cauliflower


Duck tartar


Duck magret with strawberries
 

All recipes were eaten while drinking a magnificent Alella white wine: Pansa Blanca


A delicious session, some delicious recipes... a pleasure to have met Pep Nogué.
