A recipe for having ready to eat fish. Very good for summer: "Anchovy in vinegar"
Open and clean the anchovies. Put a layer of anchovy (with the skin
downside) in a bowl and put a on every anchovy a third of tea-spoon of
salt. Cover with vinegar. On it, put another layer of anchovy, more salt
and vinegar. And make layers. Put out the anchovies from vinegar when
they are white and put in plentiful oil with parsley and garlic cut very
little.
