Today recipe is a "Yoghourt and pineapple parfait":
In a cup put a layer of peach jam. Continue with one layer of yoghourt, one of smashed cookies, one of small cut pineapple, another one of cookies, another one of yoghourt and finish with pineapple with cookies.
For this recipe I used a plain yoghourt 0% from Pastoret friends. Despite not having fat, we are in front of a very very creamy yoghourt, excellent for a parfait.
