From january 16th to february 20th, at Centre Comercial Glòries can find the "Ruta de la Tapa - 2015".
A delicious uramaki, with a delicate taste and very well done. There is a want and crispy surprise inside. In a very kind way they informed that crisp was avocado in tempura. Very good option!
Iberian Secret (El Rebost de Can Culleretes)
Iberian secret is a pork part that if it is cooked in a right way, the result is very good, but cooking it in a wrong way is very easy, too. In this case, the secret was cooked in its point and it was very well accompanied, contrasting sweet and salty tastes.

Another far east inspirated tapa and absolutely unmissable. Everything in its point and good quality.
Russian salad (Casa Palet)
Good russian salad, one of those that maionaise saice is well done. It is noticeable that all ingredients of the salad are integrated in a way they cannot be distinguished. (I like very much this kind of russian salad) and yucca chips with some paprika.
Foie Escalope (Drink and Eat)
Spectacular tapa of foie over a slice of sweet bread and covered by sprouts. Sweet corn sauce and passion fruit touch make a great composition.
