In Manlleu, between Barcelona and France, every beginning of autumn there is an event that should be more known: the Fira del Porc i la Cervesa.
As explained the mayor, Àlex Garrido, the fair started 25 ago being a fest, but as it was growing up and gaining importance in food sector, they decided to change its denomination.
There were a high number of craftbeer brewrers showing their products, allowing visitors to discover new beers.
And the great partner of beer was pork. This meat could be found in several different ways, each one mode delicious than the other.
I will be back many other times, because it is a fair to discover and, specially, to come back. But with more time, to enjoy, also, the conferences about pork and beer.
