Next monday april 6th, will be the end of Easter in Catalonia, and this celebration has a main star: the Mona.
Since its origins in XIVth century until now, it has changed lots: from a sweet bread until a cake with a chocolate sculpture crowning it, or simply, the only sculpture.
This sculpture can have different styles, levels of difficulty and themes, but it is sure that with it on the hands or in the mouth, we will feel like a child who receive it from his godfather.
