But Easter is not only celebrated with chocolate sculptures. Daniel Jordà (Panes Creativos, Pl. Garrigó, 5 - Barcelona) offers some other Easter sweets like Colomba Pasquale, a traditional italian recipe family of Panetone. And, obviously, Daniel Jordà bakes them wonderful... Classica (with candied fruit) or with chocolate. Anyone of them does not last at table.
