The fact of going at Daniel Jordà's house (Panes Creativos, Pl. Garrigó, 5 - Barcelona) for purchasing Easter items (well, Mona and bread for Torrijas) and having Sant Jordi so close made I could experience Daniel Jordà's Sant Jordi bread before april 23rd.
A kinf of bread with its typical ingredients (wallnuts, cheese and "sobrasada"), but with a powerful taste that I haven't experienced before. So, I strongly reccommend to visit the genius o bread and experience his works.
